Pricing questions.

Do you take a cut of my payments?

No. Card payments go to your own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account, and bank transfers and payment links go straight to you. You pay only the usual processing fees.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, you can move up or down, or between monthly and yearly, from your account. Moving up (Solo to Pro, or monthly to yearly) starts straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period; moving down starts at your next renewal. Your bookings and settings stay exactly as they are; plan limits only stop you adding more.

Can I see the paid features before I pay?

Yes. The free plugin shows each Solo and Pro feature in its place, with a Solo or Pro badge, and explains what it does. You can try Solo or Pro free for 14 days from the plugin, with no card needed.

What currency are prices in?

Prices in US dollars, shown in your local currency at checkout (you can choose to pay in dollars). Excluding VAT or sales tax.

Is tax included?

No. Prices do not include VAT or sales tax; where tax applies, it is added at checkout, based on where you are.

Can I add more websites?

Yes. An extra website costs $29.99 a year on Solo (up to 2) and on Pro (up to 5). Each purchase renews on its own date, a year after you buy it. With 3 websites Solo costs about the same as Pro, so for more we suggest Pro; for more than 8 websites, Pro Plus. On Pro Plus an extra website costs the same per website as the size you bought, up to the next size.

What is Pro Plus?

Pro Plus is for agencies and businesses with many websites: all Pro features on every website, one domain each, for 10, 25, 50 or 100 websites, paid yearly. The more websites, the less each one costs: from $29.99 down to $21.99 a website a year.

Do you run sales?

Sometimes, for a short, real period. A sale takes a percentage off your first year (on monthly billing, your first 12 payments); after that you pay the full price. Only one discount can be used on a purchase: if you have a discount code that saves you more, we use that instead.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. If CaliDiary isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of buying a plan and we'll refund you in full.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your site keeps working on the free plan, and nothing is deleted. Paid features switch off until you renew.
