Questions about classes and courses

Can I take class bookings on the free plan?
Yes. Timetables, places, levels, minimum numbers and the attendance register work on every plan. Class passes need Solo or Pro; courses and memberships need Pro.
What is a class pass?
A pack of sessions, for example 10 classes to use within 3 months. Customers buy the pack and book classes against it. Solo and Pro.
What is the difference between a class and a course?
A class is a single session people book on its own. A course is a set of sessions booked together, such as a 6-week beginners' course. Courses and memberships are on Pro.
What happens when a class is full?
With the waiting list (Solo and Pro), people can join it and are offered a place by email when one frees up.
