The right information before you drive out
A wasted trip costs a tradesperson half a morning. The booking form asks for the address, the job and any access details, and on Solo and Pro customers can upload photos of the leak, the fuse board or the broken lock. On Solo and Pro, a dropdown sorts jobs into types, and a "show only when" question can ask for the boiler make only when the job is a boiler service.
Quotes and jobs you approve
Not every enquiry is a job you want. With requests you approve, the time is held while you check the postcode and the work, and you accept or decline. Customers are told straight away either way.
Time for travel
Buffers after each visit keep time for travelling to the next job and clearing up. Two-way calendar sync on Solo and Pro blocks the days you are already on a bigger job, so customers only see times you can really make. The booking lock stops two customers taking the same slot.
Getting paid
Fixed-price jobs like servicing can be paid by card when the customer books, through your own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account; larger jobs can take a deposit. Numbered invoices with VAT and credit notes are made on your own website on Solo and Pro.
Gardeners, window cleaners and pest control
The same set-up works for regular outdoor work and call-outs: a service for each job, the address on the form, and buffers for travel.
On the roadmap
Text reminders through your own provider are on the roadmap. See every feature on the features page.
