Willow Spa & Beauty (a made-up spa) lets clients tick more than one treatment. A facial and a massage run back to back with the same therapist, the times and prices add up, and only gaps long enough for both are offered.
The spa has three treatment rooms and a couples room. On Pro, rooms are resources, so a massage is only offered when a therapist and a suitable room are free, and couples treatments need the couples room.
A three-hour spa day takes a deposit by card when it is booked, with the balance paid on the day. Clients who cancel late lose the deposit under the policy they agreed to on the form.
A newly qualified massage therapist joins the team. Look busy hides a few of her free times so her diary never looks empty, while the salon can still book every slot.

A therapist working alone can use Solo for several treatments in one visit, deposits, look busy and conditional health questions. A salon or spa with several therapists and treatment rooms needs Pro, where rooms are booked as resources alongside people.
Beauty salons and spas juggle three things at once: the treatment, the therapist and the room. Discount codes on Solo and Pro support your own offers. Text and WhatsApp reminders are on the roadmap.
Questions about allergies, skin sensitivities and pregnancy are answered before the visit, with follow-ups only when needed on Solo and Pro. Answers are stored in your own WordPress database and only your staff can see them.
