A booking form some customers cannot use is a booking you never hear about. CaliDiary's booking form and admin screens are built to WCAG 2.2 AA, on every plan, including Free. Every screen is tested in a real browser at desktop, tablet and phone sizes, in light and dark mode and with reduced motion, and must pass the axe-core accessibility checks with no problems before a change is accepted.
Tab between controls, arrow keys through the calendar, focus moved sensibly as steps finish.
Days announce their full date, and changes such as "you're booked in" are announced.

It is accessible out of the box.
Adjusted for readable contrast.
Keyboard, screen reader or touch.
Some of your customers book with a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier or a phone held in one hand. If they cannot finish the form, they do not complain; they book somewhere else. CaliDiary's booking form works for all of them on every plan, so you never lose a booking to a form that gets in the way. Councils, universities and charities are often expected to show this; see how councils and charities use CaliDiary. The same care goes into the booking form builder and every booking form design.
WCAG (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) is the international standard for accessible websites. Level AA is the level most organisations aim for. For CaliDiary, it means:
Every change to the booking form and admin screens is checked in a visible Chrome window at three sizes (desktop 1440, tablet 820, phone 390), in light and dark mode and with reduced motion, using the axe-core accessibility engine against the WCAG 2.2 AA rules. The rule is zero problems; anything found is fixed and checked again before release. Keyboard walk-throughs cover booking, cancelling and the admin tasks.
Accessibility isn't only for customers. The CaliDiary admin screens (Overview, Appointments, Classes and courses, Events, Customers, Team and locations, Booking form, Settings) are built and tested in the same way, so staff who rely on a keyboard or screen reader can run the diary.
