How it works

From sign-in to your first booking

  1. Sign in and choose

    Buy the setup, a year of support, or both, from your CaliDiary account.

  2. Choose your call time

    Pick a time for your setup call as you buy. You can move it from your account until it starts.

  3. We set it up together

    On a screen-share where you stay in control, or with a temporary login you remove afterwards.

  4. Start taking bookings

    We make a test booking with you, and stay on hand by email.

Your data stays yours

We help on your website. We never take your data away.

CaliDiary keeps your bookings and your customers' details on your own website. That doesn't change when we help: we never copy them to our own systems, and any login you give us is yours to remove the moment we finish.

Questions about setup and support

Do you see my customers' details while you set things up?
We work on a screen-share where you stay in control, or through a WordPress login you create for us and remove afterwards. We never copy your bookings or your customers' details to our own systems.
What do I need before the setup call?
A WordPress website you can sign in to as an administrator, your services with their lengths and prices, your opening hours, and, if you take card payments, access to your Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account.
Why do I need a CaliDiary account to buy?
So the help is linked to your licence and your website, and you can see what you bought and when your support ends.
Is this the same as the support in Solo and Pro?
No. Solo and Pro include support by ticket for questions about using CaliDiary. These services are hands-on help: we do the set-up work with you, and the yearly support adds priority help with changes as your business grows.
Can I buy a year of support without the setup?
Yes. Each service can be bought on its own.
