Updates you can trust, and a booking site that never breaks over billing

Your booking page is how you get paid, so an update or a billing problem should never take it down. CaliDiary Pro updates through WordPress's normal Plugins screen; every package is signed and checked on your website before it installs, releases roll out in stages and can be rolled back, and if a payment ever fails, your site carries on with the free plan, with nothing deleted.

Available Plans: Solo, Pro

Safe, signed updates

What it does for you

Updates

Updates from the Plugins screen.

CaliDiary Pro is offered updates with release notes, like any other plugin.

  • Personal download link
  • Lasts one hour
Signed

A changed package is refused.

Every package is signed; if one byte has changed, the update is refused and you are told why.

  • Ed25519 signatures
  • Staged roll-outs and rollback
Licences

Billing never breaks your site.

Licence answers are signed and remembered for 7 days, with a 14-day grace period.

  • Paid features pause, nothing deleted
  • Free plan carries on
How it works

Set up in minutes

  1. Activate your licence

With the key from your account.

  2. Updates appear

    On the Plugins screen.

  3. Install with one click

Everything about safe, signed updates

Why this matters

A booking page that stops working loses bookings quietly, often before anyone notices. CaliDiary is built so that the two usual causes, a bad update and a billing problem, do not take your booking page down. Updates are signed and released in stages, and a failed payment only pauses the paid features of Solo and Pro, such as invoices and card payments: the free plan carries on, and your bookings and settings are kept. Updates never carry your bookings or customers' details anywhere; see where your data lives.

How updates arrive

  1. CaliDiary Pro checks for updates with our server using your licence key.
  2. When a new version is available, WordPress's Plugins screen offers it with its release notes, like any other plugin.
  3. The download link is personal and lasts one hour.
  4. Before installing, CaliDiary Pro checks the package's digital signature (Ed25519). If even one byte has been changed, the update is refused and you are told why.

Licences that don't break websites

  • The licence is checked with a signed answer and remembered for 7 days, so a short outage on our side changes nothing on yours.
  • If a payment fails, there is a 14-day grace period.
  • If the licence ends, CaliDiary Pro's paid features switch off and the free plan carries on. Your bookings, settings and paid-plan questions are kept, ready for when you renew.
  • Removing a licence from a website (or from your CaliDiary account) frees that website's place.

The free plugin

The free CaliDiary plugin is listed in the WordPress.org plugin directory, where WordPress updates it in the usual way.

Careful releases

New versions roll out in stages: a release reaches a small share of websites first, then everyone. If a release causes a problem, it can be rolled back to the previous version in one click.

Who uses it

Businesses that can't afford a broken site

Physiotherapists

Assessments, follow-ups and rehab classes, across your clinics.

Consultants

Discovery calls, paid strategy sessions and client workshops.

Questions about safe, signed updates

What happens if my payment fails or my licence ends?
Your site keeps working. CaliDiary Pro's paid features switch off and the free plan's features carry on, with nothing deleted. There is a 14-day grace period first.
How many websites does a licence cover?
Solo covers 1 website; Pro covers 3. A copy of your site at another public address, such as a staging copy or a subdomain, counts as a separate website and needs its own activation. Only a local copy (on your own computer or network, such as localhost or yoursite.local) doesn't count. You can free a website's place from your CaliDiary account at any time.
Do updates send any of my data to you?
The licence check sends your licence key, your website's address and the CaliDiary Pro, WordPress and PHP version numbers. Never bookings or customers.
What if a new version causes a problem?
Releases reach a small share of websites first, then everyone, so a problem can be caught early. If a release does cause a problem, it can be rolled back to the previous version in one click.
Do I have to update by hand?
No more than any other plugin. Updates appear on WordPress's Plugins screen with their release notes, and install with one click.
