Clinics and health

Online booking for clinics and health practices

Clinics need booking that respects each clinician's hours, asks the right questions before the appointment, and keeps patients' information private. CaliDiary does this on your own WordPress website: bookings, answers and uploaded files stay in your database and on your server, never on ours.

Assessments, follow-ups and rehab classes, across your clinics.

What clinics have in common

  • Different appointment lengths: a long first assessment, shorter follow-ups. Each service keeps its own length and buffers, and only times where the whole appointment fits are offered.
  • The right clinician: patients choose the service first, then a clinician who provides it, or the first one free.
  • Questions before the visit: the booking form builder asks what you need; on Solo and Pro, follow-up questions appear only when relevant, and patients can upload letters or photos.
  • Privacy: answers, files and staff-only appointment notes stay on your own website. Encrypting sensitive answers in the database is on the roadmap.
  • Fewer missed appointments: confirmation and reminder emails, each with a link to cancel so the time is freed.
  • More than one site: patients choose where to come, and working hours by location show only the days each clinician is there.

Features clinics businesses rely on

Questions, answered.

Where is patient information stored?
In your own WordPress database and, for uploaded files, a private folder on your server. It never reaches CaliDiary's servers.
Is CaliDiary a clinical records system?
No. It is booking software. It keeps bookings, the answers given when booking and short appointment notes for staff; clinical records belong in your clinical system.
Can each clinician have their own hours and services?
Yes. Each person has their own weekly hours, breaks and time off, and offers only the services you choose. On Pro there is no limit on the number of clinicians or locations.
