Solicitors and law firms
Free first calls, paid consultations and conflict checks before you confirm.
Know what every appointment is about before it starts, without chasing details by email. Add the questions customers answer when they book, in the order you want, required or optional. The free plan has the everyday question types; Solo and Pro add choices, dropdowns, questions that appear only when relevant, several forms and private document uploads. Every answer stays on your own website.
Text, number, date, address, country and an "I agree" box on every plan.
On Solo and Pro, choices, dropdowns, hidden fields and "show only when" rules keep forms short.
Kept with the booking as asked, shown to staff, in your email and in the customer's data export.
Choose phone and note settings.
In the order you want.
Required, width and "show only when".
The right questions at booking time save the emails and calls that usually follow. A solicitor gets the names needed for a conflict check before the first call; a physiotherapist knows about the injury before the assessment; a garage has the registration before the car arrives. Pair a form with requests you approve and you can check the answers before the time is confirmed. See how solicitors and physiotherapists set their forms up.
On the Booking form screen, choose whether to ask for a phone number (hidden, optional or required) and whether to offer a note box, then add your questions. Each question can be required or optional, full or half width, and moved up or down. Headings, paragraphs and dividers break a long form into sections.

Any question can be shown only when an earlier question has a certain answer, and it is only required when it is shown. A garage can ask for the registration number only for MOT bookings; a solicitor can ask for the property address only when the matter is conveyancing. Shorter forms are finished more often.
Answers are checked as they are typed (a date must be a date, a required question must be answered), kept with the booking exactly as the question was worded at the time, shown to staff in the booking window, included in the business email for each new booking, and part of the customer's data when they ask for a copy. Hidden fields record where a booking came from without the customer seeing them. Everything stays in your own WordPress database; see where your data lives.
Every question has a proper label, errors are explained in words next to the question, and the whole form works by keyboard and with screen readers, in light and dark mode. See accessible booking.
