Desks, rooms and studios in one place
A co-working space sells three different things: a seat among many, a room for one group, and specialist spaces such as studios. CaliDiary handles all three. Hot desks are a day-long service with a set number of places, so 20 desks means 20 bookings a day. On Pro, rooms are resources with a capacity, booked whole by one group or by the seat, and a studio can need a room and a person at the same time.
Never double booked
Every booking is checked again inside a database lock, so the last desk or the 10:00 slot in the boardroom goes to exactly one person, even if two people press Book at once. Buffers after each room booking leave time to tidy, and two-way calendar sync keeps staff calendars in step. More on the booking lock.
Paid when booked
Visitors pay by card when they book, through your own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account, with no fee from CaliDiary. Members use discount codes, the discount comes off before VAT, and every booking gets a numbered invoice on Solo and Pro. Company bookings can pay by bank transfer with their reference instead.
Tours and open days
A free tour of the space books straight through with no payment step, and open days can be group sessions with a set number of places.
On the roadmap
Text reminders through your own provider are on the roadmap. Hire that runs over several days is not something CaliDiary is built for. See the features page and pricing.
