Built around the workshop day
A garage's diary has rules a simple calendar ignores. Services take hours, not minutes. Cars arrive in the morning. Saturdays are short and bank holidays are closed. CaliDiary fits every service inside your opening hours and breaks at its own length, with buffers kept clear, minimum notice and a booking window. Special dates change the hours for one day without touching the rest of the week. See opening hours and time off.
Fewer phone calls, better information
When drivers book online, you get what you would otherwise have to ask for on the phone: the registration, the mileage, whether they will wait, and what the problem is. On Solo and Pro, questions can appear only when they are relevant, so an MOT booking stays short while a repair booking asks for the details.
No double-booked technicians
Every booking is checked again inside a database lock when it is saved. Two drivers pressing Book for the same slot can never both get it, and a phone booking added by staff goes through the same check. Details in no double booking.
Customers' history in one place
Each driver has one profile, recognised by their email address, with every booking, their answers and your private notes, such as "prefers to wait" or "second car is a van". The Bookings and Customers screens download as spreadsheets.
Combined jobs, bays and payments
On Solo and Pro, drivers can book several services in one visit and pay a deposit by card, and two-way calendar sync keeps the workshop calendar in step. On Pro, ramps and bays are booked as resources alongside each technician. Text and WhatsApp reminders are on the roadmap. See every feature and its plan on the features page.
