Get CaliDiary. Start taking bookings today.

The free plugin is a straight download: no account, no licence key, no card. CaliDiary Pro is downloaded from your account once you have a Solo or Pro licence.

Two plugins, one booking system

Which one do I need?

Everyone starts with the free plugin. CaliDiary Pro sits alongside it and switches on the paid features, so you always keep both installed.

Installing

Three steps, about a minute

  1. Download the zip above. Leave it zipped: WordPress wants it that way.
  2. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the zip and press Install Now.
  3. Press Activate. CaliDiary then offers to set itself up with you: your services, your hours and your booking page.

Adding CaliDiary Pro later is the same three steps, with the Pro zip from your account. Then paste your licence key under CaliDiary → Settings → Licence and the paid features switch on.

Step-by-step guides for every screen are in the help centre.

Questions about downloading

Do I need an account to download the free plugin?
No. The free plugin is a straight download with no account, no licence key and no card. Install it and start taking bookings.
How do I install a plugin I have downloaded?
In your WordPress dashboard go to Plugins, then Add Plugin, then Upload Plugin. Choose the zip you downloaded, press Install Now, then Activate. CaliDiary then offers to set itself up with you.
How do I get CaliDiary Pro?
CaliDiary Pro is downloaded from your CaliDiary account once you have a Solo or Pro licence. Keep the free plugin active as well: Pro adds to it rather than replacing it.
Will it update itself?
CaliDiary Pro updates itself in WordPress, like any other plugin, as long as your licence key is in place. The free plugin updates itself once it is listed on WordPress.org.
