Several locations: customers choose where, then when

With more than one location, the booking form asks "Where would you like to come?" first, then offers only the services, people and times at that place. The booking keeps its location, and customers' emails say where to go. Solo covers up to 3 locations for one person; Pro has no limit.

Available Plans: Solo, Pro

Several locations

What it does for you

Choose where

Where first, then when.

With more than one location, the booking form asks where the customer would like to come.

  • Only that location's services
  • Address in every email
Hours by location

Mondays here, Tuesdays there.

Each period of a person's hours can say where it is, so a location only offers the times worked there.

  • Up to 3 locations on Solo
  • Unlimited on Pro
Branches

Each branch run its own way.

On Pro, each location has its own people, services, tax set-up, manager and reports.

  • Branch managers see their branch
  • Location reports
How it works

Set up in minutes

  1. Add your locations

    Name, address and contact details.

  2. Say who works where

    And which services each offers.

  3. Customers choose a location

Then see only the times worked there.

Everything about several locations

The Locations screen

Each location has a name, address, phone, email and a "taking bookings" switch. On Pro, a location also lists the people who work there and the services offered there. On Solo there is one person, who works at every location.

How booking works with several locations

  1. The booking form asks "Where would you like to come?" (only when there is more than one location taking bookings).
  2. The customer sees only the services offered at that location.
  3. They choose from the people who work there, or "anyone".
  4. Only the times someone works at that location are offered, using working hours by location.
  5. The booking keeps its location, and every email to the customer includes a Where line with the name and address.

The booking lock still applies across locations, so one person can never be booked in two places at once.

People and services per location Available
A tax set-up per location Available
Branch managers and location reports Available

Limits only stop adding new locations. If you move from Pro to Solo with more than 3 locations, the ones you already have keep working; you just can't add another.

Examples (made-up businesses)

  • An accountant on Solo with an office in town and a desk at a co-working space two days a week.
  • A physiotherapist on Solo who works at two clinics on different days.
  • A tutor on Solo who teaches at home and at a learning centre.
  • A solicitors' firm on Pro with three offices, each with its own fee earners and services.

More for branches on Pro

A separate tax set-up per location, branch managers who see only their location, and location reports.

Who uses it

Businesses with more than one place

Physiotherapists

Assessments, follow-ups and rehab classes, across your clinics.

Hair salons

Clients choose their stylist and a service that books at the right length.

Questions about several locations

How many locations does each plan include?
Free: 1. Solo: up to 3, because one person often works in more than one place. Pro: unlimited (fair use).
Can each location offer different services?
Yes. Each location lists the services offered there, so a branch without a treatment room never offers that treatment.
Can a person work at two locations on different days?
Yes, on every plan. Each period of a person's hours can say where it is, for example Mondays at one clinic and Tuesdays at another, and visitors only see the times worked at the location they chose.
Do customers see the address?
Yes. Every customer email for a booking says where: the location's name and address.
