Classes, not just appointments
A gym timetable, a dojo grading class and a ballet lesson all have one thing in common: many people, one time, a fixed number of places. CaliDiary runs each class on its weekly slot with its own places, levels and instructor. Places are counted inside the booking lock, so the last mat or the last spot on the dance floor goes to exactly one person.
Passes, courses and memberships
Regulars want to book quickly and pay once. On Solo and Pro, class passes let members buy a pack of sessions and use them as they go. On Pro, courses book a set of sessions in one go, such as a six-week beginners' course or a term of ballet, and memberships cover members who come every week. Card payments go to your own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account, with no fee from us.
Full classes, filled again
Popular classes fill fast and people cancel late. The waiting list lets members join a full class and offers freed places by email: in order with a time limit, to everyone at once, or to the person you choose. Nobody is booked without saying yes.
Children, gradings and health questions
Martial arts clubs and dance schools teach a lot of children. The booking form can ask for the parent's name, an emergency number and any health conditions, and on Solo and Pro a dropdown can ask for belt grade or level so beginners don't land in an advanced class. Answers are kept with each booking and on the member's profile.
Showcases, gradings and open days
End-of-term dance shows, grading days and open days work as events with tickets: ticket types with their own prices and limits, QR tickets by email and check-in at the door on Solo and Pro.
On the roadmap
Text and WhatsApp reminders through your own provider account, and the business app for instructors, are on the roadmap. See every feature on the features page.
