Viewings without phone tag
Most people look at property in the evening and at weekends, when your branch is closed. A booking form on each listing lets them choose a viewing there and then, from the times a negotiator is really free, and the booking lock means two buyers are never given the same slot. Buffers after each viewing leave time to travel to the next property.
Valuations that win instructions
A free valuation is often the first contact with a future seller or landlord. Asking for the address, the type of property and the timescale on the form means the valuer arrives prepared. Holding valuations as requests you approve lets the branch check the property is in its patch before confirming.
Branches and negotiators
Each branch is a location with its own address, opening hours, negotiators and services, and every customer email says where to go. Negotiators who cover two branches have working hours by location, so a Saturday at the village office is only offered there. On Pro, branch managers see only their own branch's diary.
Surveyors and paid services
Surveyors and property professionals can take a deposit by card when the survey is booked, through their own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account, and send a numbered invoice with VAT afterwards. Sale particulars and floor plans can be uploaded with the booking and are kept private on your own website.
Applicants' details stay with the agency
Buyers', tenants' and landlords' details are stored in your own WordPress database, and WordPress's export and erase tools include them. See privacy and GDPR tools.
