Vaccination clinics without the queue
Seasonal vaccination clinics bring crowds. With places per time, each slot takes as many people as you have vaccinators, and the booking lock makes sure the last place goes to exactly one person. Special dates add extra clinic days in busy seasons, and minimum notice stops last-minute bookings when stock is running low.
The right questions first
Pharmacists need answers before they can go ahead. The booking form asks your questions, and on Solo and Pro follow-up questions appear only when an answer needs them. Customers can upload a vaccination record or a prescription letter with the booking. See the booking form builder.
Free checks and paid services
Free blood pressure checks and medication reviews sit next to paid travel consultations and vaccinations. Paid services can be paid in the pharmacy, by bank transfer, or by card when booking through your own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account (Solo and Pro). Numbered invoices with VAT where it applies are made on your own website.
The consultation room
Most pharmacies have one consultation room. On Pro it is a resource, so a service can need both a pharmacist and the room, and nobody double-books it. Several pharmacists each have their own hours and services.
Health information stays in the pharmacy
Answers, uploaded records and appointment notes are stored in your own WordPress database and on your own server, never on CaliDiary's. WordPress's export and erase tools include everything. Encrypting sensitive answers in the database is on the roadmap. CaliDiary is booking software, not a patient records system.
