Interviews that book themselves
Recruitment runs on calendars. Every candidate who has to email back and forth to agree a time is a candidate who might accept another offer first. With CaliDiary, a booking link goes in the application acknowledgement, the shortlist email or the job advert, and candidates choose a time that is really free for the consultant or hiring manager.
CVs and documents, kept private
On Solo and Pro, the booking form can ask for a CV, a portfolio or a right-to-work document. Files are checked by their contents, stored outside your website's public folders, opened only by signed-in staff through signed links, and deleted with the booking or when the candidate's data is erased. Candidates' details stay in your own WordPress database. See file uploads.
Hiring managers' calendars respected
Two-way sync with Google, Outlook and Apple calendars means a hiring manager's existing meetings block their interview slots, and each interview appears in their calendar as soon as it is booked. On Pro, hiring managers can sign in on your website to see just their own interviews, without access to the WordPress dashboard. See calendar sync.
Assessment days and group sessions
Graduate schemes, open days and assessment centres are group bookings: a set number of places, filled one candidate at a time, with the last place going to exactly one person. Questions about access needs and dietary requirements are asked once per booking, and a waiting list fills places freed by withdrawals.
Fair and accessible
The booking form is built and tested to WCAG 2.2 AA, so candidates using a keyboard, a screen reader or a phone can book like anyone else. A question about adjustments for the interview can sit on every form. See accessible booking.
